Margaret was the consulate professional as she managed the sale of our parent's house in Pocasset. She identified issues that could hold up the sale, then helped locate/manage local contractors from getting bids to opening up the property for them when needed. The house was priced right and we had a FTO in the first week. She understands that time is at a premium, and was able to manage all document signings electronically which was a big "value add" for us! Her suggestion for a closing attorney was excellent.
